LendingCash is an online loan marketplace that connects eligible U.S. residents with third-party lenders. We are NOT a direct lender. All loan decisions, interest rates, terms, and funding are made solely by the participating lenders in our network.
You must be at least 18 years of age (19 in some states), a legal resident of the United States, have a valid Social Security Number or ITIN, and possess full legal capacity to enter into contracts.
We do not guarantee loan approval, loan amount, interest rate, or funding time. Any “high approval rate” or similar claims refer only to complete applications that meet the minimum criteria of our lender network.
We never charge borrowers any upfront or application fees. We may receive a compensation or referral fee from lenders when a loan is funded through our platform. All loan costs, fees, and terms are disclosed directly by the lender before you accept any offer.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You will not misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activity, or submit multiple applications with false information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LendingCash’s total liability to you shall not exceed $100 USD. We are not liable for any decisions, terms, or actions taken by the third-party lenders.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the applicable federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
